People are always asking me how to make "Tiger Butter". It's the easiest candy I know how to make. It only has 3 ingredients. White almond bark, semi-sweet chocolate chips and peanut butter. So, here it is. Enjoy!

1 pkg white almond bark

1 12oz bag semi sweet chocolate chips

1 1/2 cup peanut butter

**Note: You can also make it "backwards" by using chocolate almond bark and white chocolate chips.

Before getting started, line a 9 x 13 in baking pan with waxed paper. Parchment paper also works well. Don't use plastic wrap. It will make it harder to get it out of the pan later.

Chop almond bark into chunks in a microwave safe bowl and melt in microwave. Stir often to prevent burning.

Add peanut butter and stir well. I usually add more peanut butter than the recipe calls for. Maybe 2 cups total. Just because we like the peanut butter. You can also use chunky peanut butter if you like.

Pour mixture into lined pan and spread evenly.

Place chocolate chips in a small microwave safe bowl and melt in microwave, stirring frequently to prevent burning.

Drop melted chocolate chips onto peanut butter mixture by spoonfuls. It doesn't have to be perfect.

Drag a butter knife through the mixture to get a "marbled" effect. Don't over mix. You want those stripes.

Place pan in the refrigerator until the mixture hardens. At least a couple of hours or it can be left overnight. Then, use the waxed paper to simply lift it out of the pan. Cut or break into bite-size pieces and enjoy! Store in an air-tight container. Does not need to be refrigerated.
